I came here from the good things I heard. Lance & Tony were very accommodating from the beginning to the end. Tony was the one who worked on my car. The car was perfect. I live a few blocks away from the Tire shopp &Auto mechanic repair on Thursday 04/30/2020 I went to shop and explained what happen to my tires. I need a Tow Truck. I asked if they had anybody they use, I called the Tow Truck . They answer right a way and came in 20 minutes. My car was dropped off. They were able to get my car done and back to with in 45 minutes I was very satisfied with the services, I am telling all my friends about the great service and professionalism I received. Thank you. .

Great Work and excellent service. Have brought my car here since moving to Ferndale last year. Have received a multitude of services from new tires and cooling system to Oil changes; they have exceeded expectations every time. The guys always call and explain exactly what is going on with the car and what will be needed to make it road worthy again. Lance has even have stayed late after closing to let me pick up my car after work! I would recommend them to any friend as they have always provided fast service (usually same day) at very fair pricing. Will continue to bring my own car here as long as I live in Ferndale.

Spent the better part of the week looking for tires for my everyday driver. Which unfortunately has a very common tire size. In a last minute attempt to locate some tires before he holiday was in full swing, I called the Tire Shoppe. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. I feel like I was given a fair price and treated with care. The shoppe had an opening to have my new tires installed within the hour; and this business has just gained a new long time customer.Thank you!

I was having a hard time getting someone to do an oil change because of a stripped bolt on the cover that was coving my oil pan. Lance told me to bring it in and they would get it done. I was in and out within 30 minutes. A great bunch work there. I was treated very well and will be going back

I just purchased winter tires for this years bad winter, I used to go to belle tire and discount tire, but come to find out the tire shoppe has lower prices. Have been taking my vehicle here since April of this year and won't go anywhere else. They are honest and won't try to upsell you on services you don't need. Great customer service, Gabe at the front desk is friendly and helpful. I had been looking for a trustworthy shop for years and very thankful I found The Tire Shoppe!

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! These guys are great. Not only did I buy my winter tires here, but whenever I have an issue with my car (tail light out, engine light on, etc) their repairs are amazingly efficient and fast! My main man, Lance, is a master of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Worst shop ever... save yourself some regret and avoid at all costs. You may be tempted to use them because of what seems to be low prices but you get what you pay for. Wife took her van here and was told it needed a fair amount of front end work and brakes. When she expressed concern about spending that much money on an older vehicle she was sold the it's cheaper than a car payment and she should do it. They also told her if you cant afford it we have a company that finances the repairs no problem. Well the end result she against my advise had them do it and now... That convenient financing is over 100% interest over the term. The van is now showing signs of other failure and while they had the van either broke a clip on or broke the hub cap as it is now missing. Summary she is now in debt for a vehicle that probably wont last as long as it will take her to pay off her balance... please go to an honest mechanic or you can sink money into a vehicle that is not worth it to pad someone else pockets. You really cant put a price on honesty please avoid the savings up front are not worth it!!! Ladies sometimes your husbands really do know best!!!

Very helpful and do their best to work with their customers on the fairest prices for quality work. They won’t turn you in the wrong direction with cheap parts but will give the best price they can for the parts needed. Good, honest guys.

These guys are awesome. It is hard to find any honest mechanics these days, but these guys do it right. Have been coming here since they open up and they have always given me honest quotes and always take their time to explain to me exactly what is wrong and after fixing it always show me how messed up the old parts were and why they needed replacing.Every single person that I interacted with here was super friendly.

Visit 1...They tuned up my Cadillac CTS4 at a reasonable price and now it runs like a charm ! Visit 2...I went again (as I'm editing this review and since I can't give 10 stars) and the experience and service simply keeps getting better. I had motor mounts replaced with upper intake gasket. They explained and showed me every step of the way what they were doing and how they diagnosed it. I had a feeling already of these things and they clarified them for me. I will only bring our vehicles here from here on out as I only get a sense of honesty with these individuals every time. I thought it ran like a charm before but now I'm speechless. This is definitely the servicing place that we've all been searching for our entire driving lives. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the continued phenomenal servicing with your especially great pricing!! Till next time...

I found this place on google after I was searching for a good shop to take my car to after going to orileys and finding out I need a tune up! The staff was friendly and the office was very clean for a shop. I dropped the car off and someone called me with a price a half hour later it was well priced and done in a hour! I didn't have to spend much of my day waiting for my car to get done and they got me back on the road very fast. Thanks guys!

I was in need of new tires and I went to the place down the street and they were charging me an arm and leg and also the guy was very rude. So I found this place and decided to give them a try. Got into an accident down the street. The tow truck driver recommended this place. The staff was pretty friendly and knowledgeable. After having the insurance company come out and inspect the car, they were quick to repair and I haven’t had any problems with the my car. They made it as good as when I got the car. They even waived some of my deductible for me. Would recommend.

Best place to get your vehicle fixed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Checked a few other shops out and this place had the most reasonable prices. They are very honest not trying to upsell you like all the other places out there. They fixed my car really fast. I would recommend this place to everyone!!
